How billing works
Each visit has a 1-hour minimum. Treatment time varies with hair length/thickness and the number of people treated — our technician will give you a time estimate before starting. Multiple family members are treated in the same visit and billed together for total time on-site, so there's no per-person surcharge. If a full clearance needs more than one visit, any follow-up within our guarantee window is billed at the same $150/hr rate. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.

Do you charge extra per family member?
No. Everyone treated during the same visit is billed together under the same hourly rate — you're only paying for the technician's total time on-site.
What if lice come back after treatment?
We stand behind our work. If you find live lice within our guarantee window, we'll come back for a follow-up check and touch-up treatment.
How long does a typical visit take?
A single person usually takes 1–2 hours depending on hair length and infestation severity. Families are often done in 2–4 hours total for the whole household.
